Offered exclusively to the transit builder our company provides specialty wood panel systems as well as light-weight fiber re-enforced urethane composite panels cut and milled to fit final bus and coach designs. Our fully structural flooring systems are delivered completely profiled and pre-drilled requiring minimal on line preparation prior to application of final floor covering products – also available from Artik/OEM.
Also available with “core” sound damping technology integrated within the structure of the structural panels which allows the builder to enhance acoustical and vibration damping performance of the floor system while avoiding the added weight and expense of additional traditional treatments.
Structural floor systems supplied by Artik/OEM are covered by the original manufacturers’ limited-lifetime warranty applicable to the first owner of the transit vehicle in which they are installed. Seamless coverage allows the builder to offer fully warranty compliant floor systems in compliance to contract obligations necessary when supplying buses and coaches to transit authorities across North America.
