Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Production Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for manually taping, measuring, and sealing items to ensure they meet quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Accurately measure and cut materials to specified dimensions.
- Apply tape and seals to items according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Inspect items for defects and ensure they meet required specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with inventory management and material handling.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production operations.
- Identify and report any issues or inefficiencies in the production process.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measuring and sealing items.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and address potential problems.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read and interpret measurements.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift moderate weights.
